I am not sure what you're asking...

Hmm, if you are wondering how many TOTAL SPOTS (numbers) to play is best. Then, i would answer you this way: Your best bet is to choose a 5 or 6 spot ticket.

If you are wondering if it is best to choose your own numbers, or let the machine choose them for you, then - it's up to you. It really doesnt matter.

Also, i am assuming that you're speaking of Keno in Las Vegas (etc), and not the lottery type keno.

The house edge on Keno is pretty big. Trying to hit an "8 spot" or even a "9 spot" is very very dificult.

If you want the blunt news... in the HISTORY of the game of Keno, the longest 'longshot' ever hit was a 12-spot. And, that has only been done about ten times. I'm talking about the HISTORY of keno (in LV, ATLANTIC CITY, ETC, ETC). So, these silly bets such as the 16-spot, or the 'catch em all 20 spot' ticket are sucker bets.

My advice is look for a casino that will pay $1000 for hitting all 5 of 5 spots (numbers) if you're going to play. If you want to choose the '6 spot' ticket, find a casino that pays $2500 for hitting all 6 spots (numbers). Also, progressives are a nice touch.

well to start off i want to say that keeno seems like the best bet in a casino, but it isnt, in fact it is probably your worst bet youll make there. in general though i would say more numbers is better your odds should work out so u might make a few bucks but not all the time
