Everyone can boil water for noodles and heat up sauce from a jar!!

The most popular meat for dinner would be chicken (There are so many different ways of preparing it)
The most common vegetable would be potatoes (It has many various ways of preparation and forms. For example, potato tots, french fries, Au grautin, scalloped, mashed, boiled, fried, potato salad, baked potatoes, etc...)

Mac & Cheese
Every place I have EVER been in the world, each culture has their version of it.

Of course I'm dairy intolerant and it was hell in the Minnisota, "cheese world" that mac & cheese was heaven sent.

Beans & RIce are the other common thing- see it all over the world as well.

What we usually have for Dinner once a week is meatloaf with mashed potatoes,gravy,peas,corn, and slices of bread. Add your favorite drink and you have a very good meal.

Commonality depends on ethnicity.
In my family it's usually fish, chicken, or beef, with pasta, potatoes, or rice, and vegetable or salad.
