Actually, publishing and writing are two completely different things. The publisher is the person who fronts the money for printing purposes, so the persons paying the scribes early on would have in one sense been the publishers.
Today, it's Nelson and Collins and other publishers. Also, one might add ghost writers into the mix, where one person presents ideas and concepts, and a ghost writer puts the ideas into words. Maybe there was a "holy ghost writer" involved in the Bible too.

Publishing just mean to make copies in a book form. The first was Gutenberg. The Bible was the first book printed on the printing press. Not really sure what you are trying to say. If you are asking who WROTE the Bible or what is INSPIRATION mean. then ask those questions.
EDIT: There are various publisher of the Bible, Zondervan, Holman there are many more .

I believe man published the bible. I have never read the bible. I do believe in god and love him very much. But I don't believe he would write a book on how to live life if there is free will.

Jibba Jabba: Thomas Nelson Publishers published one, Harvest House Publishers another, etc.
BUT THE WORDS BELONG TO GOD ALMIGHTY
God protects His words and God doesn't care who publishes it on their printing press. God is able to control the hearts and minds of everyone whenever He wants. Even you!

John Gutenburg. I can't believe no one else wrote that already. But technically he was the first one to "print" it.
I think the Gideons have taken over that job now. LOL
I pity the fool who has no clue where bibles come from.
