How hard would it be to gain citizenship to another country? Would it be allowed in the middle east at all?

That depends on the specific middle eastern country. Most middle eastern countries do not allow citizenship even if you are born there. But a lot of the advanced Middle Eastern countries have provisions for permanent residency. In certain mideast countries it gets easier to gain residency if you are an American or British national.

You can be a citizen of any country you want, including Middle East Countries, as long as you meet their country's legal requirements.

What you must consider is if after you get the citizenship of another country, you will lose your primary citizenship. Some countries does not recognize dual citizenship. So be careful.

Just depends on the country, it's not easy even with the ones where it is allowed. They'll want ot know why for one, if you don't have a good reason, you're out of there. The best thing is to look into yourself for the country you're wanting to know about.
