Unless you keep doing stupid stuff while in jail and they keep adding time to your sentence.

Personally I think this Question qualifys.. LOL

No they don't. It;s kinda like the speed limit. Most people use speed limits as a starting point...if its 35 they push it to 45 and complain when they get pulled over. This is the way that corrections officer get back at you for fellow police officers. The 3 to 4 months is a starting point. They will make you serve a couple months over what they sentenced you until they feel like letting you out. Unless of course some guy named Bubba pays the guard to keep you in longer......in that case you would be screwed......get it.....screwed....

You have nothing to worry about.
Of course they will let you out, our justice system isn't that messed up, messed up yeah, but not like that.
You may even find yourself getting out a little bit early if you are a model inmate.

your going to jail not prison yet at least so yeah youll get out and if you mind yer own buisness dont talk to no one do whatever they tell you youll be out in am onth esp if your in the state of california.

um... yeah. that's the meaning of "time is UP".
unless you break the law more while in jail.
then you get another sentence.
so don't do that.

hhhmmmm 3-4 months i think they're lieing to you, they are going to make you stay for about a year!!
