Watch a few episodes of Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals (on food network). I was a horrible cook myself, but now I cook so great my hubby doesn't even want to cook anymore (he used to be the full time cook of our house). She makes cooking fun and easy!!

Find some Macaroni and Cheese, with the *cheese sauce* already made for you in its own little packet (it should mention that right on the box). This way, all you have to do is boil some water and cook the noodles, on stovetop or microwave, *exactly* as your written instructions on the box tell you. :) Once the noodles are done, drain them, open the packet and apply the pre-made cheese sauce.

Once you get used to that. Invest in some cans of tuna, chicken breast, maybe even some canned *roast beef* if you are feeling lucky. Or a small bag of frozen veggies, like broccoli or what some brands call "dinner veggies", which will have potatoes, carrots, and such....

Point is, you find *one more thing* to heat up briefly and add while you are boiling those noodles for the Mac And Cheese. If the noodles are in the microwave, you heat the other stuff on the stovetop, and if the noodles are on the stovetop, you heat the other stuff in the microwave.

Then, when the noodles are done, you add the cheese sauce in the Packet as before, stir that in first....then stir in your heated-up goodies (the tuna, chicken, canned beef or veggies) next.

But don't get ahead of yourself....master Mac And Cheese first. Then consider adding stuff. :)

Hope this helps. :) (oh, and keep in mind, with that "other stuff", keep the heat low, take your time....better to take a few extra minutes and do it right than it is to rush it and *burn* things)

Get boxed or frozen dinners and use those. Some REALLY good ones are Zatarains Jambalaya and Zatarains Dirty Rice mix. Those are really easy to prepare. You can make grilled cheese, frozen french fries or onion rings, hamburgers, ramen noodles, baked chicken is easy too. all you do is wash the chicken, season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. then you put it on a baking sheet and sprinkle a little butter on top. put it in the oven for an hour set on 350 degrees or until the chicken is browned and the juices run clear when you prick it. you can cook any kind of meat this way for future reference. you can also have pot pies, marie callender has good ones. you can make tuna fish sandwiches and have potato chips. you can make hotdogs and tater tots. it's quite a few easy and simple recipes or meals that are easy to cook. check out these sites for more free and easy recipes.

P.S. Invest in a cheap crockpot, and stock up on cream of mushroom soup. any meat or poultry you like can be put in this pot with veggies, the soup, a small amount of water, and some salt, garlic powder, & pepper. this meal can cook all day long in that pot. you can't go wrong with it.

Here is a GREAT dinner super easy.
Boil a bag of minute rice.

Chicken dish: Shake chicken breast in a bag of Bisquick. Spray pan. Lay chicken in the pan. Mix up a can of Campbells Cream of Chicken soup with 3/4 quarter can of milk. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for an hour.

Plate chicken and sauce over rice. They will think you went to cooking school. Seriously, everyone loves this two step dish. (Even my motherinlaw)

Goodluck... you can do it.

1. Take a pot roast and put it in the crock-pot with cream of mushroom soup. The soup will be your gravy. That you can just let it simmer for hours. Then a potato and veg.
2. Kabassi and sour kraut. Put the sour kraut in a pan and put the kabassi on top of the sour kraut. Put a top on and let simmer for like a half hour.
3. Burger are always quick and easy.
4. Bake chicken and put Italian dressing on top. Add potato and a veg. or a salad.
5. Steak is always easy to throw in the oven. You can always check meat and see when it's done. That can always be throw back in.
6. Pasta and souse. Box of pasta and a jar of Ragu.

EZ!
Get steak or chicken for stir fry (thin strips!), taco seasoning, flour tortillas, cheese and what ever else you want...
toss the meant in a pan with a little butter/ oil, and the seasoning and cook till done- tender.

Heat the tortillias for about 30 seconds in the microwave with the cheese on them, then

put the meat and whatever veggies u want on, with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.....

WALA- FAJITAS!

Or u could just spread PB & J all over the tortillas and rollem up!

Something really easy and good:
Cook a couple boneless, skinless chicken breasts (boil them on the stove) cut them up into about bite sized pieces. Cook Velveeta Shells and Cheese, (or your fav mac and cheese.) Mix in the chicken and one can of Rotel. Salt and pepper to taste.
It is very easy and fast!

Chicken salad: Cook a couple of chicken breasts. Tear into pieces. Add mayo (not miracle whip) enough to blend, sweet relish, salt, and pepper. You can eat it as a sandwich or with crackers, or by itself.

Fiesta Ravioli: Boil one bag of frozen beef raviolis. Then in a large sauce pan, heat up one can of red enchilada sauce and one small jar of salsa (Keep on low to medium heat!) Once the raviolis are done add to sauce and mix to combine. Add LOTS of shredded cheese and put lid on. Turn heat up to medium-high. When the cheese is melted, it is done. Sour cream on the side.

Hope these help some what!

Frozen lasagne and pre made garlic bread. Too easy. Go to the grocery store and check out your options. Working women dont need to work all day and go home to make a six course meal anymore. then clean the house. Freezer meals baby!
