Consistently stir the hot chocolate and there shouldn't be any. The reason why it's there is because the chocolate powder settles a bit.

I keep a spoon in mine and stir just before I take a sip.I still get that muck at the bottom errr.

I think some settles out and falls to the bottom, really annoying, isn't it! Hopefully it's not too chalky, but I hate when you swallow the stuff!

maybe u should stirr it as u drink it..that way all the chocolate will distribute through out the cup.
