I have 3 puppies- they 10 weeks old, and it is very cold outside in the winter so I am not able to take them out to do their business. I use piddle pads, which the 2 boys will urinate on, but not the girl, and they all like to poop by the table. What is the best product that I can buy in quantity to clean the kitchen floor that not only cleans, but has something in it to completely get rid of te urine or poop smell so the puppies don't think theye can go there? Is there a product to put in carpet cleaner that does the same for when I wash my carpets? I would eventually like them to be able to run free in the house and not worry about this problem. Any house training tips would be helpful, but I thought it would be best to start with cleaning properly!!!

Best cleaning product is "Basic H" a product available through Amway (I think it's available through Amway). It is a multi-purpose natural cleaner and will take stains out of clothing too :) It really takes everything out. Once, I accidentally dropped black oil paint on our light cream colored carpet. As I tried to clean it up, it just swirled around into a big mess...until I used Basic H. It totally and completely took it out of our carpet! :)

A lot of people will scold their dog for going to the bathroom where they aren't supposed to. That isn't fair, because the animal doesn't really know that they're doing anything wrong--especially at 10 weeks old. It makes no sense to scold the dog especially if you find their little "present" several minutes or hours after they've done it.

I've read that the best way to train dogs to not pee/poop where they aren't supposed to is to soak some of their "present" in a newspaper and clean up the rest. Take the soaked/dirtied newspaper and put it in the area where you would like them to go to the bathroom at. They will pick up on the smell and do their duty where they are supposed to. Hope this helps! :)

Ammonia will kill any living germs that the dogs will smell. Don't go too nuts with it though, especially in a closed area. White vinegar also works but you'll be using a lot more of it. Dogs also remember the general area they have been given to do their thing so try to get them outside often, even for short periods. Put one of the pee pads outside and let them sniff around it. Soon enough they will make the connection...

go to pets mart, or any major pet store in your area and they will have some solution their that just for poops, and pees, it takes all the smell outta the area and is safe for pups and dogs, its a good product, i used it when my dog was a pup, they might do did a few more times but eventually they wont smell it or remember they went there, i forget the name of it but it comes in a big bleach looking bottle, and my dog never goes in the house any more, or that spot

good luck!!!!

Natures Miracle works on floors and carpets. For house training I prefer crate training.

Odoban. It can be found at SAM'S club or most industrial stores. Vet hospitals use it to kill germs on the floor and get rid of the odors related to animals. Works great and diluted can also be used on carpet.

GO TO A PET STORE, THEY USUALLY WILL HAVE SOME KIND OF BOTTLE USED JUST FOR THAT. I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF IT. OR YOU CAN TRY BLEACH AND SEE IF THAT WORKS. GOOD LUCK.
