There are several simple approaches you can take such as divide debt by 3 and make the adjustment monthly. However if you don't have the self discipline to watch what you spend put your self in a position were you have not choice to pay off the debt. if you have a mom and dad this approach will work fast if not find a wat to make it work.

if this is a credit card cut it up so you cant use it!!!!!!

if you are paid bimonthly as most people are as soon as you get you check pay all the bills you can the day you get paid don't leave any money except for gas. second check pay the rest of your bills for the month and take whatever is left less gas money and pay it to the debt. Keep doing this until the debt is paid off in full.

If you have friends and family you will not starve. i can guarantee it! and if you have no one in your life you still wont starve! i can guarantee that as well.

Look for a part time job like waiting tables washing cars or working at a bar at night its quick cash.

If you have anything of value that you no longer need, why not try and sell it. It'll give you a little boost ahead. Knowing that it is really just a few months, make a few sacrifices. You'd be surprised when you start making finiancial changes in your life at how much you value your money, and how hard you have to work for it. Cut out the spending on your personal life. Try going to the library, exercising more, and budget out your meals. It'll be hard for you, but you will feel that you've made a great accomplishment when you've paid it out.

its simple math really. So I wont go into spend less than you make. The biggest thing you can do is to make yourseld ready for the change in you habits. Not necessarily lifestyle. As long as you can live with the burden of your debt you will. You will only be able to change when you can no longer accept the burden. Set some decent goals and find ways to reward yourself without spending money.

Since your bills are not going to go away, the only thing left to cut is your personal life.
