I have suspicions that my BF may be cheating and no asking him about it is a stupid way to go because of course they are going to lie to your face. I check his voice mail and screen his phone nothing so far just rumors. What is the best way to catch him in the act??

Think about why you feel he's cheating. Is he behaving strangely? Does he disappear for hours and then give shady answers when you ask where he's been? Has he been lying to you about weird things or telling outrageous stories? Did one of your friends see him with someone and who was it?
After you've examined your evidence and if you still think that he's cheating, start snooping a little bit more. I would check his pants pockets for receipts for things that you weren't aware of and I would also arrive home or at his place unexpectedly but don't act weird about it. Appear with his favorite treat like brownies or a bottle of wine. You will catch him eventually if he's cheating.
My other advice is try really hard not to be suspicious of his every move as it isn't good for you or your relationship.

Best way to catch a cheater, is to have a friend of yours, to play a trick on him, but pretending to be someone else, and saying they saw him, the other day, and asked around, till they got his number, because they want to hook up with him, and how they think he is so cool and cute. His response to them will answer your question, as to whether he is a cheater or not, if he fails, you should get rid of him, once a cheater always a cheaters. You deserve much better..dont settle for less...

Don't assume to much. Break up with him and tell him it's because he's cheating on you and see what he says, and how far he goes to get you back. If he chases and begs for a while, he aint cheating on you. If it only lasts like a week, forget about it, he probably was.

the only thing that u can do is hire a PI..or if to expensive and you have time follow him on your own..make sure he doesnt see you..because i will tell you by ne checking my mans vm and textes i was able to find out if he was cheating or not
