You don't have to. If you feel that he is cheating on your its probably because he is doing things that make you think that. Things like not spending enough time with you or something like that.
You aren't married, if you are unhappy you can leave him for that, he doesn't have to be cheating on you for you to leave him.
Just go.

If you doubt are have strong feelings that your BF is cheating on you, then he is. This isn't a court of law, there's no jury in relationships. It's his job to make you have trust in him if you don't you shouldn't it's that simple.
