Heat is the key factor in getting your hair to lighten. But using lemons and such really dry out your hair. A hair salon can dye it and keep it healthy.

I recommend INECTO Hint of Sunshine blonding spray, if you want a lighter colour.

You can get it in spray and shampoo, also in conditioner.

You can do this without sunshine, and its fast and painless.

Good Luck, you can get it at any good chemist or beauty shop x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.
