I need verification of the amount of taxes taken out of my buyout check from Ford Motor Co.

Won't your W-2 state the amount? It should be mailed to you, by law by January 31,2007.

You should get a W-2 or similar form from Ford. If this is for the 2006 tax year, it won't be available from the IRS until 2008.
The IRS states that is W-2 information is needed for retirement purposes, you should contact Social Security at 1-800-772-1213. This type of request could take 45 days. You should have the information from Ford before then.

Ford Motor should send you a W-2 by Jan 31st showing it.
