I have a huge crush on one of my teachers. I'm 16 and he's in his early 30's. Only one of my friends says that its normal, while the rest say that it's gross. I'm not going to act on the crush in any way whatsoever, no matter how much I say I like him. I don't see the harm in it. Is is normal to at my age, get a crush on a teacher?

We all had crushes on teachers...it's normal, especially if they're really cute, smart and they make us feel special in class (and out of class if we see them.) Don't act on it. (he'll get in trouble).
(and don't let HIM act on it, he'll STILL get in trouble.)
Find a way to ignore it and finally it will stop and you'll find someone your own age to have a crush on, then you can act on it...

It is very normal to have a crush on your teacher. I had a crush on my music teacher until I graduated .You just have to remember that anything you do to let him know will be a big NO-NO. Keep it your little secret and find some friends your own age to like. He's been there , done that already maybe too many times. Now it's your turn to find someone to share that with that hasn't been there yet. Enjoy new experiences together.Good Luck So see, it is normal And gross at the same time.

Yup it is normal. Some guys also get crushes on pretty teachers also. It's also possible to have a crush on someone of the same gender, even if ya straight. It's just infatuation, admiration of that person. It's also in the looks, like you go for teacher perhaps 'cause he's handsome? And girls go for perhaps older and pretty female friends 'cause they want to be like them, make-up, mature age, and all.
You'll get over it anyway. Enjoy your fuzzy heart until you find the real deal ^^. Heads up!

its normal to get crushes on anyone, whether they are thirty or not... maybe you prefer older guys. thats okay as long as it doesnt become anything other than a crush while you are still a minor. not only is that against the law, it is kinda gross to have a VERY close relationship with a teacher.... and i wouldnt even dream of liking one of my teachers... except one.. but he was hot though you couldnt not like him ya know? but i also would keep that fact that you like a teacher private cuz people dont really like hearign that and someone who hates you might use it against you in "some way",,, who knows, just might not wnat to tell alot of people taht ya know?

Yeah, it's normal. I had a huge crush on my English teacher when I was that age, and I and many of the girls in my class flirted with him uncontrollably. I was practically in love with my band director, as well.
As long as you don't try to seduce him, and he doesn't reciprocate in any way, there's nothing wrong with it.

Absolutely normal. I had crushes on many teachers throughout my high school years. But you are right, don't act on them. They can not only get you into trouble, but him too.

Yes, some girls like older guys. I am in my early 20's and had a crush on a guy who was 46. I think maybe that is a little weird( me not you)!

its normal to feel that way about a teacher as long as you dont act on it. maybe one day when you are older and u are out of school and still feel the same, i would go for it then.

Haha - interpreting to be a severe college instructor on the instantaneous. i am hoping to attain about 2 hundred lbs. and get some warts on my face previously I commence. (I actually have 2 months!!). Haha. Oh - and that i had a weigh down on my 11th grade severe college instructor and my 11th grade English instructor. It became a transitional year.
