stay at home and rest
drink lots of fluids, orange juice always seems to be the best
if you have a humidifier turn it on
take many warm showers or baths, just sitting in a steamy room will help stop your nose from running
try and eat somthing, yougert or soup, but if you cant keep that down still drink somthing so you dont become dehydrated on top of it!

I REALLY hope you feel better. Being sick is never fun

First of all u need 2 c ur doctor 2 get fluids put back n ur body. Then u need 2 get plenty of rest. Maybe by the third day u will probably b able 2 eat some dry crackers, but no matter what try 2 put as much gingerale n ur system as possible. It carries salt and that would help ease some queasiness on ur stomach. Last but not least dont do anything but sleep. Also get some tylenol flu and theraflu sweetie. Hope u feel better.

1. Drink LOTS of liquids, water, juice(if you can tolerate it)

2. Don't eat anything fancy. If you are throwing up everything try something like Popsicles, chicken soup, crackers.

3. There are lots of stomach remedies in the drug stores, but read WHAT they are for before you take them. Emetrol or coke syrup is good for nausea. Pepto Bismol for an upset stomach. Alka seltzer is good if you can tolerate aspirin.

4. Try as best you can to keep your mind off how you feel, read a good book, watch a DVD, call or IM a friend.

5. Call your doctor, there may not be a whole lot they can do but tell them your symptoms and ask for advice.

Hope you feel better!

Sleep is when your body can go to work and heal itself. Get flu medication that will help you sleep. and seep all day and night. A humidifer will help , and keep drinking lots of water.

And don't forget to take your vitamins.

Drink lots of fluids (especially something like gatorade to replace your lost electrolytes) and ride it out. No real way to stop it. Sleep lots, if you can.
