It depends on how active you are being. You should have a good wash/clean each day. A quick shower each day is best and saves more water than having a bath or very long shower once a week.

Depends on what you do if your just sitting in an office when you notice your hair is getting a little creasey.. 3-4 days isn't bad
even tho peeps say it is gross not to shower everyday! it's really unhealthy for you ! Your body need it's natural oils keeps your skin from drying out so bad and your hair VERY HEALTHY...
best way to shower is when you start to stink!

Depends on how dirty you get. If you are a sweaty oily person, **** the eco and shower everyday. However don't tend to get dirty fast, 3 a week..
