Alot. Ever notice how diet pills say take the pill with an 8oz or larger glass of water?
That is because the water is doing most of the work, it fills your stomach, making you fill fuller...until you go to the bathroom !
But, it also cleans your system out, and keeps you hydrated. Drinking cafenated drinks will dehydrate you faster, and makes you feel hungry sooner .

IT has little to do with the water you drink. It has to do with your calorie intake, your carbohydrate intake, and your amount of excersize. Eat a lot vegetables & (good) carbs and then excersize 30 minutes a day. Drink water INSTEAD of soda, or sugary juices.

I'm actually on that now. Lots of water, fruits, and veggies. I haven't been doing it long enough to know how effective it is but I feel good and it's not as hard as I thought. Good luck!

Well it's part of it
what it does and is meant for is to control hunger really not too loose any
plus it cleans out your system..
Exercise and what you eat is the key..
and stick to it also ..

water helps to flush toxins from you body. toxins usually capsulate with fat. Just imagine when toxins flush out - fat goes with them.
but really help you can get when you cleanse you body.
