A 5 month old should be pretty close to the size it will be once full grown. All dogs differ. The standard for pits is about 50 pounds but it depends on the parents' size and if it is the runt.

pit bulls really vary in size, so its hard to say. It also depends on whether it is male or female. If you saw the parents, that should give you an idea of how bif they will be full grown. I had a female once who was 55lbs full grown, and a male that was 95lbs.
At 5 mos, i'd say the average should be about 30-45 lbs as a best guess.

i dont like bitbulls but my mate does and have 2 i think the same size as an aduly one 5 month is old for a dog
