You would have to define which individuals you were referring to. Yours might in fact be the question of a no hoper given it is so vague.

Do you mean the no hope atheist religion? You know it's the one that says we came from slime, and will return to slime.
Of course if this were the case then there is no logical reason why we should not also act like slime.
Hence we are now beginning to see the fruits of this no hope religion of our present, secular humanist society, in the deteriorating morals, increasing decadence and corruption, declining manners, the loutish and thugish behaviour, rising crime rate, decline in justice and integrity, the devaluing of human life with legalised killing in abortion mills and demands for euthansia of the old and infirm.

Hope is not a necessity. Also, it seems you have little hope for the 'no hopers,' would that not make you a 'no hoper?'

well plato I would ask for further definition of a 'no hoper'. unless of course you meant a no hopper as the lack of hopping with some people on this site does annoy me somewhat,
