I have the same problem, so in college I started every presentation, by standing there and saying, "o.k., I am really nervous, and I hope I don't blush." It might sound kinda stupid, but just admitting out loud to everyone right away that crowds make me nervous helped some. Just remember, it isn't as bad as you think, and take a few deep breaths.

Practice your presentation before hand, out loud. Stand in front of a mirror and pretend like you are talking to a group. Knowing your material can really help. When you get up in front of the group, don't focus on one person when you are talking. Look at the group as a whole.

Good luck!

When I had to give presentations at work (usually to medical students and doctors), I reminded myself that it was I that was the expert on the topic I was presenting, not them. The same is true of you. No one else has the same science project, so the class is there to learn about the topic from you!
Good Luck!

Every one gets nervous before a speech, even actors and politicians. Best advice...practice a lot so you are very familiar with what you want to say, use notes--don't tery to memorize it. Do some deep slow breathing before you go up. Once you start, you will be fine.

You can see if you fixate on an object in the room like a clock, sign, a friendly face, etc. That way you are not focusing on how many people are in the room. I hope this helps!
