i text this guy from time 2 time that ive been dating since we dont get 2 c each other much anymore cus we're really busy. he wont return my calls or text msgs, but sumtimes he does answer the fone. when he does, we talk 4 a while, but he HATES talking on the fone. he usually stays on the fone 4 about 5 mins @ the most, but when he talks to me, it's always close 2 about a hr. do u think he's avoiding me, or is he just really busy?

Actions speak louder than words. No one is ever so busy that they cannot take 5 seconds and respond to a text message, even if they hate the phone.
Sounds like he's not showing you the respect you deserve, and hiding behind the exuse of being "busy." It's over, honey. He's not as interested as you are sweetie. Sorry!!!

Well i am kinda the same way, and here is why I do it. A) I really do hate talking ont the phone. It is fine for a few minutes, but then it gets a little boring trying to make small talk. B) sometimes a guy gets busy. I know I hate tlking or teting if I have work to get done, or I am paying attention to omething I NEED to pay attention to. C) Texts and cell phone calls cost mony unless you have a plan that allows you to send or call as much as you want. Hell, on erizon I can text to other verizon customers as much as I want a month, but outside the network is like a ridiculous amount each text.
Just be happy he talks for like an hour with you.If he really didn't wanna tlk to you then he wouldn't for that long

I'm in that situation right know too. And this is what i got out of it . When he's around the boys he talk real fast and he only say OK my baby , boo or wifey. Then he says I'll call you back later or he busy. When i text him or call him back he don't answer or respond back to after midnight. Or when he's horny and want to get some. And if i don't answer he'll keep calling and leaving messages like stupid or text me a thousand time. waking me up out my sleep to say nothing. Then when he finally do call and want to talk he's at home away from boys and wants me to stop what I'm doing and talk to him. So i would say no he's not avoiding you on purpose. He just doesn't want to be teased by the guys. But men will be men and you never know what they're doing until they get caught. so keep your guard up.

As was previously stated chances are since he seems to try to avoid you and not return txts and tries to keep all phone calls to a minimum he PROBABLY does have another g/f on the side. And don't want to take that chance of getting caught or busted by either of yo. Your best bet would be to just Let him go find someone more dersiving of your time and affections.

It obvious that he doesn't have interest in you. I have someone who calls me all the time im not interested in. I try to be polite by staying on the phone for a minute or two but then i gotta go. However when i first met my boyfriend, we would sit on the phone for 45 min.- hour or two all the time. expressing our interest in each other and our day to day lives. Stop calling that asshole. Let him be someone else's problem, and get a real man.

i think that if you do manage to talk for an hour sometimes then he is not avoiding you. Guys are usually make it pretty obvious when they arent that interested anymore. My boyfriend when we started was terrible on the phone, cause he hated talking on it, but over time he got better. I think you should confront him about it, you will never know for real unless you do!

He could be avoiding you, but guys don't really like to talk on the phone. And it takes them a long time to text so they just prefer to not do it.

He's a guy, not a chick. Most guys aren't chatty, they more business. Also, he may be on a limited minute plan on his cell phone.
You're a good person, so don't set your self worth on whether someone will chat with you on the phone. Not important.

you never know with that one! I think that I would sit him down and talk to him. Do you really want to be in a relationship with someone like that?
My bf wouldn't go a single day without writing or calling me......not only cause he loves me but because he knows that I wouldn't stand for it! So put your foot down and ask him what is up!
