What is the best seating angle in an auditorium?

I'm remodeling our church and want to change it from just pews that face forward, but not exactly at the speaker. I'm thinking that the best angle is about 10-15 degrees. Am I right?

maybe. try moving just a few pews to test it out with some other folks for a second opinion.
