Educational Leadership?

Is that the same as counseling? Because I'm really confused. I want to go into high school counseling, but I try to look up my major and I can't seem to figure out what it falls under. . .What major is counseling considered?

no, educational leadership (in the school where i got my masters in adult education) is more about administering higher education.
like being the dean of a college or department.
