If the male is not your dog, then call animal control. If you live in the country, use force such as a well aimed bb gun. Know everything about the bb gun or you could have unintended consequences. You don't want to hurt the dog any more than necessary. In some places and circumstances, it is considered acceptable to humanely kill the offending animal. In rural America, it is not uncommon to shoot predatory animals which threaten people or livestock. The male is damaging your property; you have the right to stop that. Check with local laws and consider carefully your options.

I would definately take her back to the ver that spayed your female. I would explain the situation to him/her and get their oponion of what is going on. If you are not satisified with the original vet and his answer, take your dog to another vet. THIS DEFINATELY DOES NOT SOUND NORMAL!!!!
As for the other dog, I would contact the owner if the dog damaged my door or call the animal control officer (the dog pound) to see if they could pick up the dog(s) if you live in the city. You might call the county and find out what their policy is on dogs that are running loose.
If you have a well ventilated garage or something like that, you might think about putting the dog out there for a short period of time (with food and water (of course), to give your self a little break from all the nonsense that is going on.
I would personally like the second vet to possible reopen her back up to see if the first vet didn't do the job right.

Well, I would send a bill to the 'boys' owner for a new door. Keep him locked up or you will call the pound and have him picked up. If she has been spayed, she cannot 'attract' them with scent -- maybe he just wants to play. Either way, no animal should be allowed to tear up your door.

lock up the male and if no ID tag call pound. Perhaps have your female checked out by the vet.

Take her to the groomers and have her bathed really well it is possible that some of the scent from her last heat is still in her fur.
