Its not worng as long as both of you know that situation. It is wrong however if you know that the other person has deeper feelings and you dont. Then someone will inevitably get hurt. But seriously....if you are both OK with the situation and neither of you wants a relationship then go for it. But realise as well that sometimes things start out that way and then change for someone....you just have to make sure that you arent using the other person or taking advantage of them.....

I believe if that is the understanding between both people and there is no leading on in any way, it must be what both individuals want. If you know the other feels more and you don't make it known that it is simply platonic for you, then it is morally and physically wrong.
