Take a pair of elephants. After they got off the ark, let's say they had 2 babies, a boy and a girl. Who did they mate with?

Each other?

That's incest!

You mean to tell me that every single species on Earth is the product of incest?

Impossible.

The genes of all the animals would have been so corrupted 2 or 3 generations down the line that every species on Earth would have sucomb to genetic diseases and died off.

And that's a FACT.

This question really belongs in the biology section, and is a question of genetics.

Since I am a medical geneticist, I will try to give you a scientific answer unbiased by religious belief or lack thereof.

The vast majority of scientists who believe in evolution have come to the conclusion that all organisms on earth descended from a very few primordial organisms. In other words, the definite possibility exists that genetic information has a resilience that your "FACT" leaves no room for. Within animal populations, there is very much the possibility that all organisms of that type came from one pair of that organism. Therefore, this is perfectly compatible with the idea of animals breeding off of the "Ark".

In genetics, we admit that the genetic code was once less corrupted than it is now. Even nowadays, there is SO MUCH POSSIBILITY within the genetic code that combinations to create organisms are practically endless.

Let's look at your ark hypothesis again. You say "2 babies". Much more likely would be 10, 15, or 20. This creates so many possibilities of different genetic combinations that there would be probably at least five or six viable couples with very little shared genetic material. So this could produce a viable species. Of course, we see that there are some species which started out less hardy, and now they are either endangered or extinct. This is a perfectly normal phenomena, known commonly as "survival of the fittest". Today, thousands and thousands of species have gone the way of the dodo bird, and thousands more will within the next few thousand years.
Please ask scientific questions responsibly, and not in the religion category.

Fact: Animals aren't included in the "incest" law/rule/taboo. Bit of education wouldn't go astray here.
Animals don't commit incest. Animals are animals.
Education. If they hadn't bred with-in the same species they WOULD have died off.....
Education.
The genes of all the animals WEREN'T corrupted 2 or 3 generations down the line.....they didn't die off. They are still here.
Education.
?
What does your statement prove? Evolution is correct? NO. Creationism is correct? NO.
Nothing. It's all wrong.
Not a fact at all.

That is not a fact. The further down the line you go the bigger the difference is in your genes. Your fathers genes are more closely related to yours than your great great grandfathers. Eventually our genes were so much different that they just bred out of that originator gene they started with. And they dont "die off" incest is done a LOT with animals and they dont have the same effect on them as they do with humans

lol, animals have incest all the time, including today. Moses didn't walk up to a couple of dogs and tell them not to make puppies because they were 'related'

And yeah, every single species on Earth is the product of incest.

Human+Human= New Human

Do some research. Evolution states that cells asexually reproduced and eventually became humans.

Incest in the animal kingdom still happens.
I'm quite sure they have not asked if they were related before breeding.

It seems you are really a noted authority on genetic anomalies.

Corrupted in 2 or 3 generations. Which one, 2 or 3?

From a religious stand point, yes it seems like incest. But it is with a divine intervention thus eliminating that risk. How do you think the sons of Adam and Eve's grand children were born?
That is just the way it started. That IS the fact.

Genetic diseases started when other factors happened, like breeding with other species.

We try to think on the level of human potential and forget the vastness of God. Some of the speicies that were loaded where put on by 7's also. So we need to be careful and look at the whole picture.

I heard once that it has been proved that the whole human race could genetically come from one man and one woman, so couldnt it be equally true for animals?

I heard the dogs mated "Doggy Style."

Animal inbreeding is common in the ancient and modern era. What do you think is a purebreed?

Makes me wonder if you may be a purebreed too.

Not for sure how it happened and I can't wait to find out all of the additional details.
You have no FACTS by the way. The only thing that's a fact is that you are trying desperately for attention, and you're not getting it. Get a life.
