Would the British Army base in Ösnabrück be a starting point?
The wedding is in Wilhelmshaven in north Germany.

osnabruck i recongnise it.I have stayed in germany alot.well the best advice i can give is get a german DJ as english music is very popular with the germans along with german music so theres not problem.do you recognise clarholz and hasewinkle

English music is quite popular in Germany so just get a good German DJ who speaks English

Most dj's will have music from all over the world. If they don't you can usually put together a playlist for them to download before the wedding so they can play the music you want them to.

Since English is required in Germany you should not have a problem
