i like this guy and he says he likes me but everytime i call him he doesnt pick up. i text him and he doesnt text back. he calls me when he pleases. so should i move on.

I say move on, he is probably just playing games with you, and life is too short for that. If he really wants to be with you he would have already been trying to track you down. His loss!!

Sounds like this guy leading ya on =(. If he really likes ya he would take every opportunity to ya know, interact with you and get to know you better. Perhaps ya better talk to him abt this, but dun put it in such a way that ya accusing him, which may make him take a defensive stance.
That's giving him the benefit of the doubt. Does he not pick up every single time you called? Oh well, think on that. Don't jump to conclusions =P, but please hold no illusions.

Absolutely! I hate to break it to you, but he's just not that into you. I'm sure he's into you a little bit, but he's not THAT into you.
Stop calling him and texting him immediately. When a boy wants you, you'll know it.
