Ok so I've liked my friend for YEARS! & I told him a few years ago that I liked him but he didn't believe me and I avoided talking about it because he was with someone at the time. Years later I still have feelings for him! A few months before he started going out with his current girlfriend he was always kissing on my neck & holding my hand. But we stopped seeing eachother around like we used to and it was like we grew apart : ( After too long of just seeing eachother from far away in the halls we were at the same party and only talked for a little while (his girlfriend was there). But for the rest of the night no matter where I was standing if I turned to look at him I would catch him staring. We don't see eachother at all anymore just an e-mail every now and then but I really miss him. And I want to make an attempt to be with him but
1. He is still with his girlfriend
2. I wouldnt even know where to start
I need help!...& that's not even half of our story...

Sounds as if you have a real problem there but I think you may already know the answer but are afraid to do what you know. I think it is very simple but it is also not me so I am not afraid of the situation and possible ending. I say you be direct and tell him how you feel and I think he may already know or has thought it to.But the both of you have a great friendship and sometimes that can get in the way when it turns to something romantic and that will change things. But man when it works and you are friends first and get along as such then throw in a romance WOW it can be super. Good luck life is way to short to worry about what could have been 10 or 20 years down the road what is the worst that could happen? He is shocked or you are embarrassed I think he will surprise you at least you will plant the seed and things may change later.

This guy seems like he only likes you as a friend if not he would have been with you instead of that girl. He has a girlfriend I think you should respect that and just wait and see what happens with them. Try to stay away from him the more you see him and talk to him the more your going to like him. Try to find yourself someone else and good luck!

I don't know much to help you with but I had this problem too not exactly the same like he never held my hand or anything like that but he was going out with one of my friends.. I cried about it and kinda told him how I felt... Try talking to him.. I know that won't get his girlfriend gone, but you can't do anything about the way he feels towards someone else.. wait it out if perhaps he breaks up with her.. try to talk to him more.. do things with him show him how you feel.. I'm sure if you are meant to be with him.. it will happen.. good luck with him! I hope it works out!

I would wait until he is out of his relationship. If you are truly friends with him, he may really have some feeling for the girl he is with and being the good friend that you are, you would want him to be happy. If by chance his relationship doesn't work out than by all means, tell him how you feel.

the first thing you need to do is let him know exactly how you feel. sounds to me like you're in love with him. talk to him about his girl friend. let him know what you have to offer him. do you really want a relationship with him? if so, then stop waisting time. go in for it! just e-mail him and tell him exactly how you feel. no harm can come out of it. he obviously likes you too if he kisses on you. and let him know that you need to know how he feels, too

Tell him your true feelings, tell him what you told us. About how you miss him and truly do like him. Maybe he feels the same and is just dating this other girl because he doesn't know that when you told him you liked him you were serious. Your only going to grow farther and farther apart if you don't tell him you truly like him and wasn't kidding.

just hit up the guy and tell him i had the same situation except it was a girl that knew i was taken, somehow ended up liking me and now is sorta like i want to be friends but i want more and i told her no way friends only. she actually told me she liked me and i had to tell her i loved my gf and all i could offer to her was my friendship so yeah just tell him and make sure he knows you are serious and good luck!

im in the exzact situation but in reverse, im the guy, but were both single players. we have been best friends for like a year but we got to gooder friends, like both walk around in our underwear in the same house. we have never hooked up but i think i would like to test drive her, because we r such good friends if we click sexually we might be a perfect couple. come on to him a little bit, and if hes into it go for it. im going to soon....
