How do you know if a guy is into you...more than just for sex! If he wants to spend time with you, & hasn't made any moves [other than flirting] but consistently messages & phones me & says he has a great time with me, is he, a: not interested in me more than mates; b: into me but just shy/waiting for me to make a move; or c: trying to get into my pants?
I kinda like this guy, so I am hoping that he is genuinely into me. I am just unsure how to approach the next step: should I make a move, or wait to see how he handles the situation? Also, I am worried that if I make a move too soon he will think that I just want a casual relationship.

If he hasn't made "a move" on you yet, he is most likely being respectful. It seems to me that if he is flirting, messenging and phoning you, it is because he is interested in you. I would wait a little bit to see how he handles the situation. However, he may need to know that you are also interested in him as not everyone can read minds. The best thing to do (if you want a relationship that's more than friends) is to sit down and talk with him about your feelings. That may seem like a hard thing to do...but that's what I would do if I were in the situation that you have described.

If he is spending time messaging and calling you, then he likes you. The only way to bo sure is to talk to him, and see how he feels, ask him. I understand that it's hard to figure out how to talk to someone about serious things when the relationship is new, but it will be better to know for sure whats going on and what you are getting yourself into. Let him know how you feel and what you think, and let him tell you.

he is probably waiting to see why you wear pants.That is the man's job to wear the pants.Try lacy or see thru knickers as this might attract him more.Never leave anything up to the guy.Get in there,make the first move,if he is worth it ,you won't regret it.
After all what has an attractive girl got to lose , as my granny used to say"there are plenty of fish in the sea" (who wants to go out with a fish!!)

He might be into you. My ex boyfriend was "into" me but all he talked about was sex and how stressful his life is so we should have sex so he could relief some stress... wtf? It sounds like your crush might be into you and just to shy to tell you. For some reason guys think its sexy for the girl to make the first move... i don't think so. maybe its just the way i was raised. but if hes really into he wont just randomly bring up sex. he'll take you to dinner or w/e but he won't make any sexual moves. and if it starts to head down that way he'll stop and make sure that you want it to happen as much as he does.

Its good question and of course its common. Try ask him about it, it wont hurt to ask. Try kiss his cheeks more, then who knows he will make a move to turn it to lips. Be yourself, do whatever you want, if he misunderstand, inform him then.
