Oranges are actually naturally green or pasty-looking, but they still taste like oranges! Most "orange" oranges you see in the supermarket have been "spray-painted" to make them look more attractive! (Sadly, I am not making this up!). Oranges will also turn from green to orange if they hang in the tree through a bad frost (which destroys the chlorophyl that gives an orange its natural green color/colour!)

Green oranges & orange oranges still taste great though!

It would taste the same, but it would probably be called a blue. Or maybe it would still be called an orange, if orange wasn't the name of a colour.

If an orange is blue it has gone seriously mouldy. Not only would it not taste like an orange but it would also make you rather ill.
