Not by yourself. Even if you pay cash you still need to sign legal documents like a buyer's order. You would also need insurance and DMV documents to finalize transaction. Sorry but not possible.

Technically yes, but you need to have cash to buy the car or a cosigner for the loan. Since you are not 18 yet, you cannot sign for the car yourself, and even if you were, your credit would be too new to be able to buy a new car. Good luck!

Yes, if you pay cash. Other than that you have to be over the legal age to sign a contract.

if paying cash yes in some states, if fiancing no it is agaist the law for a minor to sign a contract even with your parents on the loan.
