After each pair had babies, who did they breed with?

Each other?

That's incest!

You mean to tell me that every single species on Earth is the product of incest?

Impossible.

The genes of all the animals would have been so corrupted 2 or 3 generations down the line that every species on Earth would have sucomb to genetic diseases and died off.

FACT.

That's assuming all animals were killed off. The flood may have just covered the known world, all 300 square miles, while leaving the rest untouched.

We all have incest in our families when you go back far enough. Incest is one of those things that naturally weeds itself back out once there are tons of 'family' members again. IF the flood did happen, the original 2 animals were most likely NOT brother and sister so they would have carried genes from 2 families anyway. After a few generations, there are so many cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. that the genes mix up in different combinations again. There might be a problem if brother and sister had 2 kids, that had 2 kids that had 2 kids, etc. that continued to mate with each other. You're forgetting about cousins and second cousins having kids who then may have kids with an uncle who carries more of the genes from the other side of the family. If one ends up with a genetic disease, that one dies, not the rest of them. Plus, they are animals so the generations multiply much faster. It works itself out.

It was incest but not till after the mosaic law said it was a sin did it actually become one. Before that it was allowed in order to populate the earth. Noah had 3 sons and 3 daughter-in-laws with him on the ark. 8 people were on the ark all related.
People lived to be over 600years old back then. Look at Methuselah he was almost 1000 years old when he died. They where closer to being perfect as were the animals so genetic flaws were not there yet.
