Ok I know I'm stupid and I'll try to keep this as short as I can but I think I just met a kidnapper/rapist over the net. At first, he seemed pretty nice and he didn't ask me for anything like my address and stuff. But then he started saying that he wants to have sex with me and he knows I live in Ohio and the city I live in, he also knows my name (not last name) and he has a very dark picture of me that I took with my webcam. He actually told me he wants to kidnap me and I'm very scared. Does he have enough info to kidnap me? He lives in Canada, do you think he'll come to kidnap me? Why am I so stupid? And I'm not joking, you guys, I'm dead serious and I'm crying right now. I also have a picture of him. HELP ME

Rocky91 I'm am SO sorry, I don't know exactly how you feel but it must be horrible. He asked me for my address and phone number but when he did I just replied "Don't message me anymore." All the info he knows is the city I live in, the state, my name, and he has a very dark picture. And yes, he does know how old I am. He told me he doesn't care about the child protection law. And I don't want to tell an adult, like my parents, because they won't let me use the computer anymore. Thanks for the advice everyone. I told my best friend and she said block him. I will. I learned my lesson.

Sweety if this person is scaring u that much then please tell an adult! No matter how much trouble u THINK u may b in, imagine how much trouble (physical trouble) you could b in if this jerk does decide to take action!!!. U can also contact Yahoo! and tell them his screen name and all the info you have on him. If you have saved your emails or Instant Messeges from the jerk then send them to Yahoo! as well! that way they will see this preditor who is lerking around trying to find young victims. You need to report this guy to the police immediately. Many perverts will travel many miles to get to their victims. There's a good chance you're not in danger. But there's also a chance you are. The police can identify him through his email address. And take it from there.
You should approach your parents with the attitude of "I know I did wrong, but I realize it and I need your help." You may lose the computer for a while, but it's sure better than risking your safety (or someone else's....you can bet you're not the only person he's after).
This is serious. You need to get this guy busted. GIve your parents some credit....they sure don't want you in danger. And they need to know, if something DID happen to you they'd know where to look for the guy.

I think you should leave him alone, he obviously is a pervert. Does he know your age? if he does then he knows that he can get into a lot of trouble for even saying those things. If he wont leave you alone then you need to tell someone but thats only if you feel threatend

If he continues to Harass you or you feel our life is in Danger you need to contact the police and let your parents know what is going on so they can take extra precautions to keep you safe,Keep all information on him so you have it later on if you need it. Good Luck and be more careful

give the picture and the information to the police and they will contact a deparment in his city and they will pay him a visit. dont be so stupid next time and stop giving people information if you dont know them. matter of fact, tell your parents to whip your *** for me.

1. Tell him if he tries to contact you again you will report him to the police and they will find him and procecute him for soliciting an underaged person. It would not matter that he is in Canada.
2. Do it if he does not listen to you.

Chances are he was just trying to get you scared and get a rise out of you. So relax and try not to worry.

omg i feel so sorry for u but does he know your age? if he does that si abd especially if you are a tenage girl but anyway u need to tell an adult because if u don't u might get hurt but here is another idea say this to him "listen my parents said that i was not allowed to give out my sddress so they made me tell u the wrong one but i want to tell you the right one here it is ________. and make up a name.
