The American Heart Association recommends that everyone (includiong children and adolescents) engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day. So I would say everyday.

If you are lifting heavy weights then 3 times a week is better than everyday because you make micro rips in your muscles when you lift and they need time to repair (grow back bigger and stronger).

Cardiovascularly it is best to work out everyday although many of us do not.

I used to run final summer season approximately 6 miles an afternoon 5 days a week, and that i tremendously plenty felt super each and all the time..... no remember if it is lifting weights i think of three-4 circumstances a week is greater efficient even with the indisputable fact that, yet runners will normally prepare on a daily basis, yet relax the day till now races

It would be better if it is every day because the body get trained by working every 24 hours and if you want to lose weight you must do the exersises more than 20 minutes because the body after 20 minutes will start burning fats because at the begining the body burn carbohydrates which is the quick energy . Excercising for less than 20 monutes every day is really good for the heart and the muscles . To gain the highest benefit of excercise you must do it at the morning before going to the obligations , especially , walking is the most benefitable because it activate the brain and make the body active all day long if it is done in tha morning every day and it affects the diseases if it is done every day at the morning .

The National health board says that you should to an exercise "aerobic" in nature 60 mins per day for overall health.

You can workout everyday (weightlifting), just be sure to work different muscle groups each day, because resting your muscles is just as important as working them.

I would say everyday (if you can afford the time and energy) as I would think it is our body as a whole...can we drink every other day or eat just 2-3 times a week? But be careful not to twist any ankles or tear any tendon/liament though ...

Every other day. You could risk injury by working out every day and not giving your muscles a rest. You won't get better results by working out everyday. You will just overwork yourself and tire out your muscles. Give your muscles at least a day's rest-- you'll need it, believe me!

You don't build muscle while exercising. While you exercise you are tiring out and breaking down your muscles that's why it burns. You build muscle when your body resting after the exercise. If you don't have adequate rest time then you won't end up building any muscle and you'll just wear yourself out.

Every other day. If you tax your muscles, they need a day to repair themselves or you could risk injury.

I would say it is not good to exercise everyday. 3 or four times a week is good enough.
