Not regular table salt that will do nothing, You need to buy Epsin Salt. I use to use that all the time and it is Absolutely great, but beware < > You may get a small burning sensation on your skin from the salt doing its job. Make sure you DO NOT add more then recommended LOL . I believe its 2 cup fulls in a full bath tub and trust me it works.
Buy the Epsin Salt with Eucalyptus its great
They do though sell others with nice smelling scents for relaxing as well.

yes it is true. but you can't use household salt . Epsoms salt or rock salt. same thing pretty much. my mom has serious skin infections and she takes nightly salt bathes. Doctors orders. It pulls impuritys or any infections and starts to kill it or soothe it as well. For instance did you ever have to garggle with salt water, because of a soar throat, or leaving the dentist from oral surgury. I always did. so there you go

I think you mean Epsom's salts, its good for sore muscles among other things like open sores, sulfur soap is great for acne along with sulfur salve, you can get them both at a Dollar General Store if there is one available to you. If not check your local health food store.

I'm going to say no. If that was true we would all wash our face with salt, and we would all have beautiful skin. Sounds great to me, but highly unlikely.

Salt will exfoliate skin, but it also may dry it out. It will work to get rid of acne, but it may dry your skin up a little bit so if you plan on trying it I would make sure to use a moisturizer or lotion. Good luck!

that's sea salt.. or many call it bath salts... it helps with some skin issues... not always.. it dried up oils.. that's why it's good for acne..
but it will dry you up over all... so don't use it too often.
these salts come scented also.. and can be relaxing.

Try using epsom salts in stead of regular salt..Epsom salts draws out any infection, so I guess it would do the same for acne...

Very possible, because before my grandfather died he told me that all I had to do to heal a wound was to go stand in the ocean. Good thing it is only 30 minutes from me.

yes it does work great for acne but it will probably dry your skin out and make you itch.
