Some bartenders are more than a server of beverages, some are like a priest or counsellor. Anyone?

Dill's Olde Towne Saloon

There is a drink named after her. It's called Traverse Moon. I first had it in Bangkok Thailand.

Woody from Cheers.

But back to real life. I was on a cruise from Australia to Hawaii. I can't remember for the life of me what her name was but she was the best bartender I've ever had. Remembered what I wanted to drink from day one and aways got it to me first even when there was a line up. Very funny, very sweet, always helped me find may cabin, always kept me away from the railing, she was the best.

A cross between the two. Bartenders should have a bit of rapport with customers. But I don't expect counseling.
