isolated limb infusion of what? why one limb only? if you infuse anything in the veins or the aateries, it is going to go all over the body with the circulation anyways, One exception that comes to mind is the embolisation procedure where they throw an iatrogenic thrombus is a vessel that is bleeding too much or that supplies to a cancer, but that is not heard of very commonly in the upper limbs, you could talk to your doctor too, good luck
