Roses are serious.

Go for a "spring bouquet" the florist will know what you mean, I just had one made, it had one yellow rose, a purple iris, baby's breath, 2 small white carnations. Very nice and upbeat.

I personally think that roses say "I love you"...you might want to save that for later on in the relationship. A month? Maybe a nice colorful bouquet? Definitely flowers but choose less serious flowers....pick out something light and pretty that will make her think of Spring in the country! Get flowers in her favorite color..that will still show her that you care but won't be as serious as roses. Hope this helps.

The Flower she likes the most should b the 1st choice (if u know her choice - but don't waste more time in checking her taste, as timing is very important ).

I have received many roses....nothing got to me as much as the guy that found out what my favourite flower was and sent me an enormous bouquet of daisies (my favourite). They aren't too much, they are the happiest little flowers and they are so simple. Roses are lovely but it would be so great to find out what her favourite flower is.

To be honest, if she really digs you, anything will do.

The more thought you put into it, the harder things will get because you will have preconceived notions on how you she accept and react after receiving your gift.

Roses are a nice idea. The first time i went to visit my boyfriend at the time (now fiance) we'd only known eachother about 3 or 4 weeks... and he came to the train station to pick me up with a dozen roses all different shades of pink and white. they were BEAUTIFUL. it was so unexpected and pretty. if you feel like that's too much for the level you two are at, maybe just a card or something.
