I have never heard of one being "beat." Maybe you should ask yourself..."Was I speeding as indicated by the camera?" Be honest with YOURSELF!!!! If you can answer honestly....pay the ticket!

Escort Passport 8500 X50.
That should let you know in advance...to chill on the gas.
Get used to detailed mode, where you can tell Ka 34.something is a cop, or 24.132, or much and many more. Plus, it IS legal to own a radar detector. If someone is using a device to monitor your person, it is completely legal for you to know you are being monitored. It's really worth every penny.

Right now of all those who fought them <1% win.
Better just pay the fine and move on.
There are not many judges to are going to listen to you when they have your smiling face and the report from the radar.

ADDITIONAL FYI:
Most systems not only show the car but you driving it and it is time stamp. Better just pay the fine and watch your speed.

I have been told (though im not sure if they were being honest or not) that you can fight them because you have the right to face your accuser in court and you cant face a camera in court. Also generally speaking they cant prove it was you driving the car. It may not be worth fighting thoguh if its not a big ticket...if you go to court you will have to pay court costs and sometimes youahe to do that even if you win.

Ask what the fine is and take the cash, lay it on the table, take a picture of it, and then send the photo of the fine!

=)

Edit: Bah! Nicolasraage beat me to my answer! =)

No there is absolutely no way to get away with anything if they have a picture of you doing it. Just pay the ticket.

send them a photo of some money.

If I were going to fight it, I would question who was driving. Are you sure it was you? Could it have been someone else?
