He either doesn't feel the same way or he's just bashful. But either way he knows you like him now so just be cool and act like you don't care either way and let him come to you.

That could mean anything.
I don't even know how old the guy is or if he is shy or not.
He could like you and just not want anybody to know OR he might not like having a girl approach him. He might want to be the one to ask a girl out and not have a girl approach him first.
Or he just might not be interested at all.
She means her best friend...not her boyfriend.

1: Yes, he likes you.
2: No, he does not like you.
