Grind them up and use them to help fertilize your garden. Organic matter always helps a little.

Plant them and see if they will grow into Toenail trees.

Replace the shredded coconut in your step-mother's kitchen and make sure you are absent the day she serves cake for dessert.

Paint them green and glue them onto a cone (pointy ends facing down) to make a unique, and disturbing, Christmas decoration.

Put enough in a plastic sphere and seal the sphere. Attach a handle to make a rattle.

Glue them on your fingernails to make them seem longer. Paint over to cover the seams.

Our nails are made from stuff called keratin. This is identical to hooves and horns. At the garden centre there are bags of 'hoof & horn' which is used as a fertilizer.
I suggest you collect your finger nail clippings too so that you can grow excellent food crops.
The 'hoof & horn' is an important ingredient in 'John Innes' composts - especially for potting composts:

You will need many clippings so involve your friends and the guys at the pub. Ideally you will invent a way to convert the clippings into a powder - offer a prize at the pub for the best suggestion.
There may be questions asked about your sanity but you will have a productive garden.
