If he acts weird it could mean that he really likes her some people don't know how to act when they are around that one person if you know any of his mates ask them to try and find out if he likes her at all.

Why do you care? Are you planning on dating him, too. Let your friend like who she wants. If anything he probably acts that way cause he's intimidated by your negative attitude towards him.

He's probably shy. It's usually mistaken for weirdness, or snobiness. Maybe he's nervous because he likes her. Don't call him "weird" just because YOU don't get him. That isn't nice.
