Always invisible or can she be visible when she wants to be?
If she can be visible when she wants to be, how often is she visible? You wouldn't think she'd be visible very often or we'd have to stop calling her the "Invisible" Pink Unicorn.

The IPU is only visible to those who believe in her. Convenient, eh? Her excreta, on the other hand, are visible to all. Don't wince; that's not gross. She poops daisies and cupcakes.

Yep, looks like she's always invisible. I didn't notice anything that said she ever becomes visible.
Now... as per her ABILITY... I dunno. I think the "invisible" bit is necessary for the comical paradox (invisible AND pink!!).
