You need to talk about if you guys are ready for sex. But him getting hard is completely normal when getting in a sexual situation. If it makes you uncomfortable then you possibly need to stop getting into a little too hot makeout sessions.

That is really up to you. If you are 100% sure it's right, and not just hormones flowing, then you can consider it. Other than that, I wouldn't.
It also depends on your age. A younger woman doesn't really enjoy sex too much. Once you get to my ripe old age of 30, it gets much better. Although, it was good at about 21 for me.

You should feel happy that he gets like that....it shows that he is really into you!
