How do you disarm someone who has an AK-47?

In Iraq, you would first have to use satellite connectivity to link back to the War Room in the Pentagon and hope there is a lawyer on duty. Hopefully, you would get permission to disarm after you have verified that 1) the AK-47 was actually being fired at you (not at someone else, but you!), and 2) you were legally invited into that region.

If you pass these conditions, then you can disarm him by using appropriate, but not overwhelming, force.

stay low as the AK tends to kick when fired so it usually fires high unless the person using it is well trained with it. and hide til they run out of ammo 30 rounds for a banana clip.
