I was never good in History class but I have a few questions of my own. If everything WAS created, was everything created in their infancies? I mean were all the trees seedlings? and all the animals babies/eggs? If so what did they eat? How many years of history do the history books cover? How old are cave paintings? I have two friends who have some interesting evidence of sorts. The first has the replica's of the footprints of both a dinosaur and a human found in the same bedrock. The second had buried his cow in his front yard. Many years later someone was digging in his yard and came across bone fragments. They called in specialists and those specialists put the pieces of his cow back together in the shape of a dinosaur. I think he's still laughing at them. the bible only has about 4000 years worth of history. and we have added about 2000 since then. “The 66 books of the Bible were written on three continents? In three languages. By about 40 different people (kings, shepherds, fishermen, priests, and a physician). Over a period of about 1500 years. On the most controversial subjects. By people who in most cases had never met. By authors whose education and background varied greatly. Yet all 66 books maintain harmony with each other…as if written by one great mind. And indeed it was.” 2 Peter 1 verse 21 “Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy spirit” Critics of the Bible have tried to say that certain “historical statements” in the Bible are not accurate but archaeologists have uncovered many discoveries that have proven the history of the Bible as accurate. The principles and the prophecies of the old testament as well as its history holds for us today as much relevance as it did for the Israelites in Jesus day and it blends perfectly with the new testament.

None. there is overwhelming scientific evidence that life has existed on earth for a long time. They make it fit their theory by redefining the word "year" to mean a longer period of time than one revolution of the earth around the sun.

How about this:
Science is based on our understanding of the universe. God created the universe. God wrote the Bible. Therefore, whatever the Bible says is both scientific and unquestionable.

Sound absurd? Of course it is, but Creationists have as much use for science as, well, as scientists have for God. If they're willing to accept a 2,000-year-old document as the final word on all human knowledge, can you really blame them for not adhering to the Scientific Method?

Creationism isn't a scientific theory. Why would it be required to produce scientific evidence?

That's like demanding to know what spiritual witness you have received of the truthfulness of mathematics.

I am a Christian and they don't have any. But there is much proof that is it alot older than that. They say you're not following the bible if you don't believe that the world was created in six 24 hour days but Peter said, "a day to the Lord is as a 1,000 years," so it's very conceivable to me as a Christian to say that the world is alot older than they are interpretting it to be. It doesn't make sense that all of the animals and nationalities of man could've evolved in such a short time span either.

You can't ask for religion to answer in science terms. Even though its possible, its two different philosophies. Likle two languages. When you talk about one in terms of the other it won't make sense.

Try and answer this and you will see my point.

What religious proof do scientists have that life on earth had been around for millions of years?

Creationists spend all their time trying to disprove the Theory of Evolution and none of their time looking for objective evidence to support their case (outside of the Bible). You will never see any scientific evidence to support their claim because there is none.

Once scientists put an alive mollusk into....i forget what its called...but it said it had been dead for 1 million years, or something like that. All through history (200, 2000, 100 years ago and now) scientists have been studying the earth (secular people before and after evolution and all around the world) said the world was 8000-5000 years old. don't believe me, do the research.

That's the beauty of their argument! Because their god is not a scientific being, it is not restricted by such rules. plus they can claim that any scientific evidence was manufactured by god.
