No Leukemia is not something that you can catch from another person.

Leukemia is a cancer of the blood. Your bone marrow produces your blood cells. If it produces abnormal white blood cells in too large a quantity, the abnormal cells crowd out the other blood cells and prevent them from working properly. So it's caused by your bone marrow, not a disease that you catch.
