Exes that just won't disappear from the brain!?

Ok, so here's the situation. Went out with this guy, who lives on the other side of the country, but we broke up because he "wasn't ready for a relationship". This was about 7 months ago! But he keeps texting and emailing me to say how much he misses me....and i still really like him. But i don't know for sure if he still likes me. So, do i tell him how i feel or not? Or should we just remain friends?!

If you are mature and old enough to be on your own then no harm in telling him but do you know him enough with him living so far away.♪
