I dont know if its just a symtom, or if people are actually always constipated.

I don't know about permanently constipated but my boyfriend who is 29 has always had problems with constipation. He takes colon cleanser everyday and drinks Castor oil to help. His family has a history of intestinal problems...so maybe its just hereditary.
If your having problems with it try a new diet and check out GNC, they have natural ways to help. Even that new Activa yogurt you get at the grocery store helps regulate.
